Very often, we see dogs come in with dry dander, packed dead coat, itchy skin, heavy odor, and nails curved like macaroni — simply because of the common belief: “Only bathe the dog when they smell.”


Frequent baths help relieve itching, exfoliate the skin, remove dander and dead hair, moisturize the coat, reduce odor, and keep your dog feeling cleaner and lighter. For dogs with shedding coats, regular baths also help loosen dead undercoat in a much gentler, less stressful way.


A clean dog also feels better around people and other pups. They smell fresher, feel more comfortable, and can socialize with more confidence.

📋 Important Information & Policies

  • All dogs must be current on required vaccinations, including Rabies, Bordetella, and core/essential vaccines.
  • Additional handling fees may apply for aggressive, reactive, difficult, or high-stress dogs, depending on the level of care and time required.
  • Cancellation or no-show fees will be applied for missed appointments or late cancellations.
  • Extra fees may also apply based on coat condition, behavior, matting, excessive shedding, or any additional services needed to complete the grooming safely and properly.
  • Prices are based on breed, weight, coat type, condition, and service needs. For accurate pricing, please book online or call us — we're happy to provide an estimate for your specific dog.
  • Potty Break & Re-Bathing: Please give your pup a potty break before their appointment. Grooming appointments may take approximately 2–4 hours, depending on your pup’s size, coat, behavior, and the services needed. If your pup has an accident during the appointment and needs to be bathed and dried again, a re-bathing fee starting from $25 may be added.
  • Right to Adjust or Stop Services: Your pup’s safety and comfort always come first. We may adjust, pause, or stop a service if your pup becomes overly stressed, reactive, or cannot be groomed safely. We may also decline or reschedule pets who show signs of illness, are not up to date on required vaccinations, or display behavior that cannot be safely managed. Appointment fees still apply or might be adjusted and this reflects our groomer’s travel, reserved time, patience, professional care, and effort spent attempting the service.
