We were founded by two dog owners with a simple goal — to provide truly caring, experienced groomer services that we would trust for our own pup.
Our journey began with Dji-Oh (Geo), our beloved American Staffordshire Terrier, who taught us patience, compassion, and what gentle care really means. Losing her was incredibly hard, but her spirit continues to shape everything we do.
Her dad and our co-founder, Rick, was inspired to bring that same level of thoughtful, gentle care to every dog we meet. Today, our team of experienced and certified groomers — who are also dog owners themselves — combines expert technique with a calm, compassionate approach to create a spa-like experience your pet will truly enjoy.
More than just skilled professionals, our groomers are true dog lovers who treat every pup like family, just like we did with our sweet Dji-Oh.

Hi! I'm Rick, an experienced groomer with years of hands-on work, and I take pride in delivering consistent, high-quality results every time.
I'm known for my attention to detail and professionalism, especially when it comes to breed-specific cuts, scissoring, de-shedding, and overall coat care. I really believe coat health shows in the details — you can feel the difference when it's clean, balanced, and properly maintained.
As a former dog dad, I understand the level of trust it takes to care for your pup. I approach every groom with patience, respect, and genuine care. My goal is always to keep your dogs comfortable while making them look their best.
Our philosophy is simple: their happiness comes first.
When I'm not working, you'll usually find me at the gym or building something cool with my son.

Silvio has a natural connection with dogs that you can see from the first moment. Dogs who are anxious in other environments tend to calm down around him — because he moves slowly, handles gently, and never rushes a dog that isn't ready.
He specializes in complete baths and our 3-Stage De-Shedding System — the thorough, methodical process that dramatically reduces shedding for weeks and leaves double-coated dogs feeling completely different from the inside out.
Silvio understands double-coat anatomy, the right products for each coat type, and exactly what a proper rinse and high-velocity dry should feel like. The results speak for themselves.
