We come right to you and park as close to your home as possible! Our grooming vans measure 8 ft by 19.5 ft. Flat parking is preferred, but inclined driveways, sloped parking areas, and street parking are usually fine as long as we can park safely and legally. Any metered parking fees or parking tickets will be added to your total.
If possible, please save us a spot—your driveway or in front of your residence works great!
Feel free to text us ahead of time or once we arrive to let us know the best place to park.
A short stroll before the appointment can help tire your dog, making them less anxious.
Please avoid feeding your dog within at least 2 hours of the session to reduce the chance of vomiting or bowel accidents during grooming. We also recommend letting your dog go for a potty break before session.
Inspect your dog for fleas, ticks, or rashes and inform the groomer of any issues before the appointment.
Though our vans are equipped with excellent autonomy for water and electricity, but in rare cases, supplies may run out during service.
If you have a water tap or electrical outlet available within 100 feet, please let us know ahead of time so we can prepare accordingly.
Please arrive on time for pet pick-up!
